Frequently Asked Questions about Orthopedic Insoles
NUMO sports insoles cost CHF 409.25. This includes a fitting appointment, the first check-up within three months after delivery of the insoles, as well as a three-month adjustment guarantee.
Each custom insole is preceded by a detailed running and gait analysis, which is billed separately.
NUMO running and gait analyses cost CHF 250.– for adults and CHF 133.– for adolescents aged 12 to 16. Billing is based on the tariff agreement of the Orthopedic Association and adheres to specific guidelines. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Insoles can generally be reimbursed through supplementary health insurance. However, running and gait analyses are rarely covered. We recommend clarifying the cost coverage directly with your health insurance provider in advance. Institutions like SUVA, disability insurance (IV), and military insurance do not cover running and gait analyses in connection with insole prescriptions, even if they are ordered by a doctor.
Custom-made NUMO insoles typically fit perfectly. A three-month adjustment guarantee is included in the purchase price. If any issues arise later, we offer an additional check-up with adjustments for CHF 115.25, or CHF 65.– for a check-up without adjustments.
NUMO insoles are very durable and can be worn for several years. In cases of heavy use or soiling, the cover can be replaced for CHF 54.95 per pair.
